The focus is on Komatsu Nana, Sakaguchi Kentaro and director Michihito Fujii, yet you have sequences with all the members of the remarkable supporting cast: Yuki Yamada, Nao, Haru Kuroki, Tetsushi Tanaka, Hideko Hara, Yutaka Matsushige, Lily Franky

Bluray Premium: Amazon Japan – DVD Premium: CD Japan. Official Film DVD&Bluray page (Japanese): Yomei Ten Nen.

To capture a realistic feel of the changing of the seasons and the passing of time, Yomei10Nen was a long shooting that spread over 9 months (with breaks in between sessions).

During the shooting of the fantasy wedding sequence, on February 15, 2021, the staff celebrated Komatsu Nana‘s 25th birthday (February 16th)

Nana Komatsu is no doubt strong and determined she is nonetheless sensitive. When a film is wrapped and the time has come to say goodbye she goes emotional more often than not. It is a clear indication of the tension generated by her dedication and involvement and a measurement of the value she gives to the social and human experience on the set, whether it is with fellow thespians or the staff.
