Chanel FW 2021 goes online

One more time, no public, no VIPs, no House Ambassadors and Friends of Chanel to attend the Fall-Winter 2021 fashion show in Paris. Just like the film industry and the entertainment business, the world of fashion is being hit hard by the covid-19 situation. They have to reinvent ways to continue promoting and attracting audiences and customers…

For this particular show (March 9, 10.30 am, French time), Chanel Ambassadors had their portraits taken remotely by Inez&Vinoodh. Among them: Komatsu Nana of course, Blackpink’s K-pop artist Jennie (South Korea), Whitney Peak (Canada-Uganda), Ola Rudnicka (Poland), Caroline De Maigret (France), Margaret Quailey (USA)…

October Fashion Bits

Actress and model Komatsu Nana on the catwalk for designer Ippei Oki who presented his spring-summer 2021 collection for SHOOP in a runway format on October 17, as part of the Rakuten Fashion Week in Tokyo, a series of events which began on Monday October 12. Shoop is a fashion brand based in Tokyo and Madrid (Spain).

Chanel in Hamburg 2017

On December 7 2017, actress and model Nana Komatsu was in Hamburg -Karl Lagerfeld’s hometown in Germany- to attend the Métiers d’Art Chanel show.

The young star actually came to the old German city the day before the event. Her interest in vintage stuff led her to the Hot Dogs Store in MarktStrasse which gained almost instant fame in Japan as a casual pic with the store owner became popular on Twitter and Instagram.
