So it should hardly come as a surprise that today, for its Cruise 2019 show in Paris, the fashion house brought an actual cruise ship onto its runway. The larger-than-life liner, named ‘La Pausa’ after Gabrielle Chanel’s summer house on the French Riviera, served as the ultimate backdrop to the fashion house’s nautical-inspired collection.”

New Chanel Store in Ginza

On Wednesday October 12, Chanel House Ambassador Komatsu Nana attended the official opening of the brand new Chanel Store in Ginza, Namiki Dori, Tokyo. She cut the ribbon in the company of a couple of officials. The luxury store was designed by American architect Peter Marino.

The young actress (26) wore expensive and special jewelry, all hand-made and direct from the Chanel Ateliers, Place Vendôme in Paris. Interviewed by Oricon, she recalled her first contact with Jewelry occured when she saw her parents’ wedding rings. She also confessed she was very pleased to go back to Paris the previous week and meet there people she had not seen for nearly three years because of the pandemic…

Back in Paris for the Fashion Week

Paris, Grand Palais, October 4: actress and model Komatsu Nana was obviously delighted to be back in the French capital for the autumnal Fashion Week (Spring Summer 2023 collections). Last time she attended a similar event was in January 2020 (Paris Fashion Week 2020) right before the covid pandemic made such international events and gatherings difficult or impossible for more than two years.

The actress who was appointed House Ambassador for Chanel by the late Karl Lagerfeld in 2015, was filmed by various fashion and entertainment media. Nana Komatsu also got cheers and applause from fans who had gathered in front of the entrance…
