Global exposure for actress and model Komatsu Nana as she has been chosen as the face of Chanel for their 2023/2024 ready-to-wear collection, to be presented next Tuesday (March 7) at the Paris Fashion Week. A teaser was released on Sunday 5 and the full movie, directed by renowned photographers Inez and Vinoodh, will be revealed on Tuesday.
Nana Komatsu was appointed House Ambassador for Chanel by the late Karl Lagerfeld himself back in 2015, she was just 19 then. As such, she could officially represent Chanel at official events which she did on several occasions in Japan and Taiwan. The actress is the first Japanese star (and the second Asian celebrity, after Korean singer and dancer Jennie) to enjoy such promotion from Chanel.
