In February and March 2018, actress Komatsu Nana was busy promoting Takahiro Miki‘s new film, Kids on the slope, in the company of co-stars Taishi Nakagawa and Yuri Chinen. On February 5, there was a stage greetings event at the EX Roppongi Theater (near Roppongi Hills, Tokyo) during which Yuri Chinen played a little piano. As the actress was to celebrate her 22nd birthday on February 16, the production team had prepared a special birthday cake.
In this charming coming-of-age movie, the actress is Mukae Ritsuko, the daughter of a vinyl records dealer and an active member of the Christian community of Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture. Ritsuko is arguably Nana Komatsu‘s most gentle and likeable onscreen character.
