Co-stars Takumi Kitamura and Komatsu Nana, together with director Hitoshi Yazaki had a talk show in Tokyo (at the Space FS Shiodome, Minato) to promote Sakura, a film which will be released in Japanese theaters on November 13. The show was broadcast on Mezamashi TV (Fuji TV) on Wednesday morning.

I had the pleasure of meeting Hitoshi Yazaki and watching a few of his films. While he has moved away from the more experimental side of filmmaking with the latest film of his I watched, he got great performances from the cast. I am looking forward to Sakura and seeing how Nana Komatsu and the rest of the cast – all fantastic actors! – perform.
